July 1, 2008 - Arizona All-Star Caregivers Award finalists will be honored at a private luncheon held in at the Palm Brook Country Club in Sun City. Guests of honor will be recognized for their outstanding service as caregivers and the winner will be presented with the Arizona All-Star Caregiver Award of a $1,000 U.S. Savings Bond.
Our semi-annual Arizona All-Star Caregiver Award was founded in 2005 and has since then given out over $7,000 in savings bond. The nominated caregiver does not have to be an Adultcare Assistance Homecare Caregiver. They may be a family member; volunteer with a hospital or hospice organization; medical professional; private caregiver; or an employee at an independent, assisted living, or skilled nursing community.
The deadline for nominations for the next Arizona All-Star Caregiver Award is midnight Dec. 31, 2008.The nomination forms are available online at www.adultcareassistance.com, or at the Adultcare Assistance Homecare corporate office located at 10404 W. Coggins Dr., Suite 108, in Sun City.
